World Wide Observance Anniversary Of 9/11 Attacks

Today thousands will gather in New York, and areas of Washington and Pennsylvania to acknowledge the 11th anniversary of the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center Buildings. President Obama and first lady MIchelle Obama with gather on the South lawn of the White House to observe a moment of silence, with the president latter scheduled to attend a memorial ceremony at the Pentagon followed by visiting a visit to Walter Reed medical center to spend time with wounded veterans and their families. Vice President Biden will make a few remarks in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, where 40 passengers aboard United Flight 93 were killed.
